I’m Anam, and I’m glad to meet you! ======================================= I’m the founder of AdwiseHer, a Certified Professional Coach, and a former healthcare executive. But before we get into titles, I want you to know this: you don’t need to have everything figured out to start a conversation with me. Whether you’re navigating a challenge at work, considering your next move, or looking for space to think about what you want, I’m glad you’re here. Experience that understands the room ------------------------------------ I spent eighteen years in healthcare leadership, including six as a Chief Operating Officer—leading teams, managing complex responsibilities, and navigating rooms where I was often the only woman. I understand the work it takes to build credibility, carry responsibility, and keep moving forward. I also know that being capable doesn’t mean every next step feels clear. I created AdwiseHer to give women space to think honestly about where they are, what they want, and how they want to lead. Why this work matters to me --------------------------- Throughout my career, I learned that leadership involves much more than a title. It’s how you communicate when the stakes are high, advocate for yourself, navigate expectations, and make decisions that reflect your values. Those experiences shaped the coach I am today. I bring an executive’s understanding of workplace realities alongside a coach’s curiosity about your individual experience. There is room here for both your ambition and your uncertainty.
