Anam Tareen spent eighteen years in healthcare leadership, including six as a Chief Operating Officer. She led teams, managed a P&L, and earned her way into rooms where she was often the only woman. Along the way, she learned what it takes to build credibility, claim your space, and lead when the path was never designed with you in mind.
Those experiences fueled the vision for AdwiseHer: to give other women the guidance and support she had to find for herself. Today, Anam brings her experience as an executive and ICF-certified coach to every thoughtfully curated coaching relationship. She pairs real operating experience with a deep understanding of how women are perceived and promoted, creating a coaching path as individual as each woman she serves.
