Presence is a skill,
not a personality trait.
Executive presence isn’t about being naturally commanding. It’s built from learnable behaviors: how you manage perception before you’ve said a word, how your voice and pacing shift under pressure, and how fast you recover when a question knocks you off script. This program works on all three using techniques adapted from stress inoculation training.
We also work directly with the double bind that shows up for women in leadership: the tension between being seen as competent and being seen as likable. Naming that tension takes away much of its power over how you show up.
